Garden design consisting of yellow limestone paving , circular turf lawn and raised beds from different materials for texture and contrast.
A large paving for outdoor family use was created with a soft turf circular central lawn. The original garden sloped towards the house and had a number of outbuildings which were removed , the main block built shed was repaired and the sides were clad with timber to conceal the block work. A new fibreglass roof was also installed.
The sloping garden was excavated to levels with the soil & concrete bases and paths & decking removed to create a uniform level surface for everyday family use.
The old decayed and overgrown fencing was removed and replaced with solid concrete post , plinth timber panels for a more durable and defined boundary
New raised beds were created with sleepers for growing vegetables & herbs and a l -shaped raised bed with Kilsaran Connemara walling was constructed and planted with a mixture of herbaceous perennials for seasonal interest.
